If you are living in a harsher environment where dusts and all sort of dirt is easily build up, an easy solution to cleaning these is a pressure washer. They can not only deliver strong and powerful blasts of pressurized water to tackle these stains, some even have detergent tanks that allow you to use them as soap spray. These detergent sprays are extremely effective when it comes to cleaning oily surfaces as they can break them down in a blink of an eye. So what are some surfaces that can be easily washed using a pressure washer?
Often than not, your cars, RV’s or basically any sort of vehicle is the most easily stained and dirtied surface. Due to the constant moving on the road, it is prone to weather and ground conditions. Rain, mud and sand are the most popular causes when it comes to your vehicles being dirty. Fumes and oil emissions from the exhaust pipe can also easily cover the exterior with oil. If you do not want to send your vehicle to a car wash, you can do it yourself as it isn’t too much of a problem when it comes to pressure washers. Simply load up your cleaning machine with a wider angled nozzle and a soap spray. Cover the entire body with detergent for a few minutes and simply rinse it off with water and there you have it, good as new. One important thing to note is that due to the power and force of the pressurized water output, it is best to use a lower PSI machine or if you are using a high PSI machine, equip them with the largest degree nozzle to get a wider angle of spray and lessen the overall pressure.
Here is a step by step guide that I follow to clean your cars under 10 minutes:
1. Clean and remove any excess dirt first by wiping the vehicle’s surface with a microfiber towel or cloth. These have great absorption and dirt removable rates due to the smaller fibres picking them up.
2. Using the soap spray, try to cover the entire vehicle with detergent to effectively break down oil. Let it sit for a few minutes and let the detergent set in.
3. Use a white nozzle tip(40 degrees) and rinse off the excess soap.
4. Wipe it once again with another microfiber towel and there you have it, a showroom-new vehicle, under 10 minutes!
